The Fuel & Engine

The object of a gasoline car engine is to convert gasoline into motion so that your car can move. So this is also one of the important parts that need proper care. Thousands of minor things can produce problems, but few of them are the big ones like bad fuel mix, lack of compression and lack of spark.

A bad fuel mix can occur in several ways: Either you are out of gas, it means the engine is getting air but no fuel, or the air intake might be clogged, so there is fuel but not sufficient air. Or may be the fuel system might be supplying too much or too little fuel to the mix that means combustion does not occur properly.

There might be an adulteration in the fuel that makes the fuel not burn.Lack of compression is if the charge of air and fuel cannot be compressed properly, the combustion progression will not work like it should.

Lack of spark - The spark might be nonexistent or weak. Weak spark is if your spark plug or the wire leading to it is damaged out. If the wire is cut or absent, or if the system that sends a spark down the wire is not working appropriately, there will be no spark i.e. nonexistent. So by doing regular engine maintenance, you can avoid future repairs.
